Plain-English terms for using CSE Reviewer.

1. Who we are

CSE Reviewer System (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is an independent online study companion for the Philippine Civil Service Examination, covering both the Career Service Professional and Sub-Professional levels. The Service is built and operated from the Philippines.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operating on behalf of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Philippines. Always refer to csc.gov.ph for official, authoritative information about the examination.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Google account. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure; we never see or store your Google password.

Accounts are personal. Sharing your account credentials with others, or using one account on behalf of multiple people, is not allowed and may result in account suspension without refund.

3. Free tier and VIP

The Service has a free tier and a paid VIP tier. The free tier includes a substantial set of practice questions, mock exams, and reviewer content, and we intend to keep a meaningful free tier available indefinitely.

The VIP tier costs ₱199 as a one-time payment, billed in Philippine Pesos, processed by PayMongo (the standard Philippine payment gateway). VIP unlocks lifetime access to additional content and features described on the Upgrade page.

VIP is not a subscription. We do not auto-renew or auto-charge you. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service continues to operate.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the VIP one-time payment. If VIP is not for you, email support@csereviewer.top within 7 days of your purchase, include your payment reference, and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayMongo and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

After 7 days, the VIP payment is non-refundable. If you cannot access content you paid for due to a service issue on our end, contact support and we will fix it or refund you outside the 7-day window at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy our content (questions, mock exams, reviewer notes) to redistribute it, train an AI on it, or republish it.
• Attempt to bypass payment, share VIP access with non-paying users, or sell access to your account.
• Probe, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure beyond ordinary use.
• Use the Service to harass other users via the chat, leaderboard, or any social feature.

Reviewer notes are derived from public-domain government sources (1987 Constitution, R.A. 6713, UDHR). Practice questions are our original work, written in CSC style. The arrangement, presentation, software, and design are owned by us and protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

6. No pass guarantee

The Service is a study aid. Whether you pass the CSE depends on many factors, including your preparation, focus, and the difficulty of the actual exam. We do not and cannot guarantee you will pass. We do work hard to make the Service genuinely useful.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. If you want your account and personal data deleted, email us at the address below and we will process the request within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or attempt fraudulent payments. Where appropriate, we will refund the unused portion of a recent VIP purchase.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do our best to keep it accurate, current, and online, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or specific outcomes. Use of the Service is at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which for most users is at most ₱199.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith, and if not, before the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
